What you will do
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for the Optiq trading platform across multiple European markets.
- Manage ancillary services, including MiFID reporting via Saturn and risk settings management in Riskguard.
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, coordinating with internal IT, operations, and compliance teams.
- Liaise with external trading participants, market operators, and vendors to resolve incidents.
- Monitor system performance proactively and document solutions in the team knowledge base.
- Participate in the testing and roll-out of new platform features and service enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in client or technical support, ideally within financial markets or trading environments.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Dutch, French, Italian, Greek, or Norwegian.
- Familiarity with Optiq trading platforms, MiFID services, and risk management tools.
