Location: Hybrid (Amsterdam, Netherlands). Must be based in or near Amsterdam.
Salary: €33,100 - €45,900 per year

What you will do
- Provide support to Italian-speaking users via chat, email, and phone with enthusiasm.
- Resolve seller mistakes and identify ways to prevent future errors.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and productivity targets to contribute to company goals.
- Manage communications and conversations using Intercom.
- Analyze and report recurring issues to the wider CX team to improve the user experience.
- Provide occasional support during peak event periods and holidays.
Requirements
- Native level Italian and fluent English (C1), both written and spoken.
- Must be based in or near Amsterdam and available full-time (40 hours).
- Experience in a professional office or customer support environment.
- Ability to remain calm and friendly under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable communicating across multiple channels including phone, chat, and email.
Nice to have
- Experience with Intercom or similar support software.
- Interest in live events, music, sports, or culture.
- Knowledge of additional languages.
