Focus on managing conversations via Intercom, resolving seller errors, and collaborating with the CX team to improve platform reliability.

Location: Hybrid (Amsterdam, Netherlands). Must be based in or near Amsterdam.

Salary: €33,100 - €45,900 per year

What you will do

  • Provide support to Italian-speaking users via chat, email, and phone with enthusiasm.
  • Resolve seller mistakes and identify ways to prevent future errors.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and productivity targets to contribute to company goals.
  • Manage communications and conversations using Intercom.
  • Analyze and report recurring issues to the wider CX team to improve the user experience.
  • Provide occasional support during peak event periods and holidays.

Requirements

  • Native level Italian and fluent English (C1), both written and spoken.
  • Must be based in or near Amsterdam and available full-time (40 hours).
  • Experience in a professional office or customer support environment.
  • Ability to remain calm and friendly under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable communicating across multiple channels including phone, chat, and email.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Intercom or similar support software.
  • Interest in live events, music, sports, or culture.
  • Knowledge of additional languages.
