TL;DR

Technical Customer Support (SaaS/Ecommerce): Providing first-line technical assistance to eCommerce businesses to optimize product listings across various channels with an accent on troubleshooting APIs and product feeds. Focus on diagnosing complex integration issues, managing customer cases end-to-end, and improving product workflows based on customer insights.

Location: Hybrid: Must be living in the Netherlands and able to work from the Utrecht office at least 2 days per week.

Salary: €2,850 - €2,950 per month

What you will do

  • Handle 1st line customer tickets via email and phone in French and English.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to product feeds, APIs, and marketplace integrations.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of customer cases with thorough documentation.
  • Collaborate with second-line support and other teams to resolve complex technical cases.
  • Contribute to in-tool translations and support the localization of customer-facing materials.
  • Share commercial and customer insights to improve product features and internal workflows.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English and French at a C2 level.
  • Living in the Netherlands within travel distance to the Utrecht office.
  • Availability for at least 4 days per week (32 hours).
  • Curious and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with technical support, preferably in IT or eCommerce.
