What you will do

  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails from German-speaking customers, resolving delivery delays and order issues.
  • Investigate problems on Amazon and eBay, contact customers proactively, and find creative solutions.
  • Manage complex cases escalated from first-line support and perform administrative tasks on sales platforms.
  • Monitor email boxes to ensure responses within SLA and participate in team meetings via Slack or MS Teams.
  • Collaborate with team leads on account issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • German and English verbal and written skills at a very good level.
  • Experience in client contact.
  • Enthusiastic personality.
  • Proficient with computers and MS Office.
  • Ability to visit hirify.global Venlo office once per month.
  • Living in the Netherlands.
