What you will do
- Provide friendly 1st line IT support for HQ and hotel staff
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues
- Log, track, and follow up on support tickets
- Manage IT stock control, update CMDB, and ship devices to new users
- Assist with system setups, updates, and maintenance
- Collaborate with the team to solve problems efficiently while keeping work organized
Requirements
- Studying MBO Computer Science or related field
- Must live in Amsterdam or Barcelona
- English is a must; local language is a nice bonus
- Cheerful, resourceful, detail-oriented, analytical thinker
- Team player with clear communication and problem-solving skills
- Great sense of humour and willingness to learn
Nice to have
- Some experience in Help Desk or IT support
