What you will do

• Manage day-to-day Workday HCM operations, including business processes, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using APIs, EIBs, and Workday Studio with Finance, Payroll, and IT tools.
• Configure and optimize Workday modules to support evolving business needs and maintain system integrity.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive automation to reduce manual processes.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable system solutions.
• Support bi-annual Workday releases, including testing, documentation, and deployment of new features.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday configuration and integrations.
• Experience with Core HCM, Reporting, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, and Learning modules.
• Strong proficiency with Workday integrations (APIs, EIBs, Workday Studio).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system and data issues independently.
• Notice period of 1 month or less is required.
