TL;DR

Transformation Workday Solution Architect (Workday ERP): Assist organizations in shaping and implementing Workday strategies through full life cycle implementations with an accent on planning, design, configuration, and post-production support. Focus on managing resources, budgets, teams, and delivering complex projects while identifying opportunities to enhance information architecture usability and profitability.

Location: Hybrid model requiring in-person attendance at least two to three days per week at a GT office or client site in Philadelphia, PA; Phoenix, AZ; Los Angeles, CA; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; Fort Lauderdale, FL; Tampa, FL; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Baltimore, MD; Southfield, MI; Kansas City, MO; Pittsburgh, PA; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX, or other US locations. Up to 40% travel to client sites.

What you will do

  • Assist in full life cycle Workday implementations including planning, design, build, testing, training, and post-production support.
  • Document business requirements, system design, and transformational goals.
  • Configure applications, conduct unit testing, and create training materials.
  • Manage resources, budgets, and teams on client projects.
  • Identify business opportunities to improve information architecture.
  • Participate in business development, proposals, and interviewing candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, IT, MIS or related; Master's a plus.
  • 4-6 years in consulting with cross-industry clients; minimum 4 full Workday life cycle implementations.
  • Knowledge of Workday ERP (Financials, SCM), ERP integrations, Oracle Applications, SDLC, metrics, and reports.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and ability to define processes based on business objectives.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% and work additional hours as needed.
