Salary: $139,000 – $204,000

What you will do

• Design, implement, and configure Workday HCM (Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits) and Payroll platforms.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to drive system enhancements and process automation.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Manage Workday security roles, user permissions, and compliance configurations.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics for business needs.
• Manage system upgrades, testing, release management, and troubleshoot complex system issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting HR systems, with hands-on expertise in Workday HCM and Payroll.
• Experience with Workday reporting, security, and business process configuration.
• Must be a U.S. person to conform to U.S. Government export regulations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with EIBs, Calculated Fields, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Experience with HRIS governance and SOX controls.
• Background in system implementations or optimization initiatives.
