Location: Hybrid (Livingston, NJ; New York, NY; Sunnyvale, CA; San Francisco, CA; Bellevue, WA). Remote may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office. Must be a U.S. person (Citizen, Lawful Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee) due to export control regulations.
Salary: $139,000 – $204,000

What you will do
- Design, implement, and configure Workday HCM (Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits) and Payroll platforms.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to drive system enhancements and process automation.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and IT to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
- Manage Workday security roles, user permissions, and compliance configurations.
- Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics for business needs.
- Manage system upgrades, testing, release management, and troubleshoot complex system issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience supporting HR systems, with hands-on expertise in Workday HCM and Payroll.
- Experience with Workday reporting, security, and business process configuration.
- Must be a U.S. person to conform to U.S. Government export regulations.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with EIBs, Calculated Fields, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Experience with HRIS governance and SOX controls.
- Background in system implementations or optimization initiatives.
