Location: Hybrid model requiring in-person attendance at least 2-3 days per week at GT office or client site in Philadelphia, Phoenix, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, Atlanta, Chicago, Baltimore, Southfield, Kansas City, Pittsburgh, Dallas, Houston, or other US locations. Up to 40% travel to client sites.

What you will do

• Assist and manage full life cycle Workday implementations including planning, design, build, testing, training, and support.
• Document business requirements, system design, and transformational goals; configure applications and conduct unit testing.
• Manage teams, resources, budgets, and client projects; identify opportunities to improve information architecture usability.
• Lead program governance, change enablement, and business development activities like proposals and interviews.
• Meet utilization targets and handle additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, IT, MIS or related; Master's a plus.
• 4-6 years consulting experience with cross-industry clients; minimum 4 full Workday life cycle implementations.
• Knowledge of Workday ERP (Financials, SCM), Oracle Applications, ERP integration, software development lifecycles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project delivery skills; ability to travel up to 40% and work additional hours.
• Experience defining processes, prototyping, and supporting user adoption.
