Workday Senior Associate (ERP)

TL;DR

Workday Senior Associate (ERP): Implementing Workday ERP solutions for clients to shape overall strategy and create value with an accent on full life cycle implementations and business requirement documentation. Focus on configuring applications, conducting unit testing, and managing end-user training for complex, time-sensitive projects.

Location: Hybrid (requires in-person attendance at least 2-3 days per week at a GT office or client site). Must be based in the United States.

What you will do

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design, and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption.
• Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment.
• Provide post-production support and meet targeted billing hour utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, IT, MIS, or a related field.
• 2+ years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice servicing cross-industry clients.
• Minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations of Workday.
• Knowledge of Workday ERP (Financials, SCM, etc.) and software development lifecycles.
• Experience with ERP Application Integration and back-end data connectivity applications.
• Ability to travel up to 40% to various client sites on short notice.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Experience installing, configuring, or implementing Oracle Applications.
