TL;DR
Customer Onboarding Advisor (Healthcare Billing): Support physicians using Xacte medical billing platform from needs assessment through go-live with an accent on profile setup, RAMQ registration, and internal coordination. Focus on ensuring seamless setup, validating information, and building trust-based relationships from the start.
Location: Hybrid in Quebec, Quebec, Canada (minimum 1 day per week in the office)

What you will do
- Take ownership of new clients and understand their needs
- Set up and configure profiles while validating required information
- Coordinate next steps with internal teams for training, billing, and support
- Follow up to ensure seamless and timely go-live
Requirements
- Structured and detail-oriented in follow-ups
- Manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Interact comfortably with stakeholders including professionals
- Communicate clearly in both French and English
- Build strong trust-based client relationships
- Comfortable using technology and web-based platforms
- Relevant experience in customer service, onboarding, or coordination
