What you will do
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Educate patients on the organization's services, policies, and procedures.
- Manage account setups, billing questions, and technical troubleshooting.
- Coordinate patient scan scheduling and guide the completion of medical intake forms.
- Resolve patient complaints and conduct milestone retention calls.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of hire; no visa sponsorship provided.
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills for interacting with patients and medical professionals.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
