What you will do

  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Educate patients on the organization's services, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage account setups, billing questions, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate patient scan scheduling and guide the completion of medical intake forms.
  • Resolve patient complaints and conduct milestone retention calls.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of hire; no visa sponsorship provided.
  • Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills for interacting with patients and medical professionals.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • High level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and an inclusive approach.

  • Strict adherence to patient privacy and confidentiality standards.
