What you will do

• Own the initial customer onboarding journey to ensure maximum product value realization.
• Drive timely product adoption and guide clients through best practices.
• Act as a trusted product expert to help customers leverage advanced features.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upsells, longer commitments, and plan expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in Toronto, Canada and able to work in-office 3+ days per week.
• Proven experience in Customer Success or Onboarding within a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to guide customers through software potential.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with customer management tools like Zendesk, Custify, Planhat, or HubSpot.

Nice to have

• Experience in business calling software or cloud communication tools.
