What you will do

• Vet medical records and referrals for patients.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls and email inquiries from patients and physicians.
• Book and confirm patient appointments and handle registrations with Licensed Cultivators.
• Educate patients on medical cannabis and troubleshoot their concerns.
• Perform data entry and document management to maintain accurate patient records.
• Stay current on cannabis news, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in French and English (verbal and written).
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.
• Experience in a clinic setting (2 years preferred).
