What you will do
- Vet medical records and referrals for patients.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and email inquiries from patients and physicians.
- Book and confirm patient appointments and handle registrations with Licensed Cultivators.
- Educate patients on medical cannabis and troubleshoot their concerns.
- Perform data entry and document management to maintain accurate patient records.
- Stay current on cannabis news, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluency in French and English (verbal and written).
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
- Experience in a clinic setting (2 years preferred).
