TL;DR

What you will do

  • Assist in remediation planning and identification of issues by monitoring business health and delivering improvements on time.
  • Proactively investigate and escalate potential issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to maintain process efficiencies.
  • Drive business process improvements and ensure audit-compliant administration.
  • Apply issue management governance, policies, and standards to mitigate risks.
  • Analyze issues for themes, patterns, and emerging risks; develop data-driven assessments and visualizations.
  • Prepare management reporting for senior stakeholders across the firm.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in risk management, compliance, or operations.
  • Bachelor's degree and solid understanding of Asset & Wealth Management industry.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills with proven execution.
  • Experience managing internal/external audits and stakeholder relationships.
  • Skills in metrics, quantitative analysis, and management reporting.
  • Strong communication, influencing, time management, and strategic thinking skills.
