What you will do
- Define and maintain project plans, milestones, and delivery roadmaps
- Manage cross-functional collaboration with Product Managers, UX/UI, Engineering, and third-party vendors
- Facilitate key ceremonies like planning, RAID logs, and steering updates
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure alignment between business requirements, UX design, and technical delivery
- Provide stakeholder reporting to senior leadership and support governance
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering large-scale app projects in regulated environments, ideally financial services
- Strong background working with UX/design, Engineering (Agile), and external vendors
- Experience in matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders and complex dependencies
- Understanding of Agile delivery and ability to operate across Agile and traditional models
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Experience in investment platforms, fintech, or wealth management
- Exposure to mobile app delivery (iOS/Android)
- Familiarity with cross-functional delivery and Product Development/BA functions
