Location: Hybrid (Manchester, UK) - Minimum of 60% of working time per month spent in the office.

What you will do

• Own and maintain the governance model and process for Business Analysis and Project Management.
• Manage a team of project and change managers to effectively deliver initiatives in a consistent and robust manner.
• Lead analysis teams to deliver a portfolio of process improvements in line with agreed timescales, costs, and quality.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with senior management and key internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and drive the ‘book of work’ for Operational Change to monitor, track, and escalate issues.
• Ensure the business meets regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty, and improves business resilience.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in operational or business change roles.
• Proven track record of managing change teams, including business analysis and delivery teams.
• Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills at Director level.
• Experience with multiple project delivery methodologies such as Agile, SDLC, and SAFe.
• Must be based in or be able to work hybrid from Manchester, UK.
• Detailed knowledge of platform businesses, including CASS.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering in a financially regulated environment.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry, specifically pensions, investments, and stockbroking.
