TL;DR
Head of Operational and Regulatory Change (Fintech): Ensuring that change and process improvements are resourced, analyzed, and delivered successfully within a regulated investment platform with an accent on governance and regulatory compliance. Location: Hybrid (Manchester, UK) - Minimum of 60% of working time per month spent in the office.

What you will do
- Own and maintain the governance model and process for Business Analysis and Project Management.
- Manage a team of project and change managers to effectively deliver initiatives in a consistent and robust manner.
- Lead analysis teams to deliver a portfolio of process improvements in line with agreed timescales, costs, and quality.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with senior management and key internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and drive the ‘book of work’ for Operational Change to monitor, track, and escalate issues.
- Ensure the business meets regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty, and improves business resilience.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in operational or business change roles.
- Proven track record of managing change teams, including business analysis and delivery teams.
- Strong leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills at Director level.
- Experience with multiple project delivery methodologies such as Agile, SDLC, and SAFe.
- Must be based in or be able to work hybrid from Manchester, UK.
- Detailed knowledge of platform businesses, including CASS.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering in a financially regulated environment.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry, specifically pensions, investments, and stockbroking.
