Salary: $248,000 — $310,000 USD

What you will do

• Fine-tune and optimize state-of-the-art LLMs for diverse use cases and high-performance deployment.
• Experiment with and improve foundation models for product, business, and operational use cases using large-scale data.
• Develop and productionize LLM models and pipelines for both batch and real-time applications.
• Design a multi-year tech roadmap to ensure the team stays at the leading edge of the AI landscape.
• Drive key AI architectural decisions and contribute to the overall ML platform strategy.

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience developing ML models and products at scale from inception to business impact.
• Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with PyTorch.
• Proven record of training, fine-tuning, and optimizing model inference run-time.
• Must live in a state where hirify.global, Inc. has a registered entity.

Nice to have

• Post-training experience in LLM alignment, reinforcement learning, and multimodal modeling.
• Specialized experience in model quantization, compression, or GPU kernel development.
