What you will do

• Build tooling and services for production machine learning and generative AI solutions.
• Develop training and inference platform services, model evaluation metrics, and testing frameworks.
• Build APIs and services that expose machine learning and AI products.
• Deploy and manage applications supporting the AI/ML software development lifecycle.
• Write production code and lead cross-functional initiatives while mentoring other engineers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience deploying ML/AI solutions in production.
• Strong Python development skills and experience building RESTful APIs.
• Experience defining and using Protobuf messages.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, relational databases, low-latency databases, and Celery.
• Strong communication, organizational, prioritization, and consensus-building skills.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience building retrieval-augmented generation solutions and maintaining vector databases.
• Production experience with Java or Kotlin.
• Experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience handling highly sensitive data in healthcare environments.
