What you will do

• Drive strategy and execution for major system rollouts and migrations involving Salesforce, Zuora, and ERP.
• Act as lead Scrum Master for technical workstreams, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Define and refine PMO methodologies, establishing best practices for Jira management and reporting.
• Partner with Finance, GTM IT, and Engineering leadership to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
• Manage resource allocation and mitigate risks across concurrent workstreams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Provide transparent, data-driven updates to executive leadership regarding project health and ROI.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program/Project Management, with 5+ years in leadership within a public SaaS company.
• Proven track record leading enterprise implementations for Salesforce, Zuora, and Financial/ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite).
• Expert-level knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies; CSM or PMP-ACP highly preferred.
• Deep hands-on experience configuring Jira for complex workflows and executive dashboards.
• Strong understanding of business operations, specifically the Lead-to-Cash process.
• Must be based in New York, NY
