What you will do

• Lead strategic enterprise engagements end-to-end, owning success plans, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes.
• Translate executive AI and CX strategies into tangible impact across multiple business units and regions.
• Orchestrate implementation and delivery, managing timelines and cross-functional execution for high-impact go-lives.
• Build trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders to position the company as a long-term strategic partner.
• Drive value realization through data-driven storytelling and executive business reviews.
• Identify expansion opportunities by scaling successful initiatives across regions and use cases.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise software, consulting, customer success, or engagement management with strategic accounts.
• Proven track record of leading complex enterprise engagements and translating executive vision into business outcomes.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to align cross-functional teams while navigating ambiguity.
• Executive presence and confidence in influencing senior stakeholders through data-driven communication.
• Understanding of AI, automation, and enterprise systems.
• Must be based in New York.

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Business, Engineering, or related field).
• Experience in AI, cloud, or data-related domains.
