What you will do

• Drive company utilization and manage service delivery excellence across all service lines.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers, business change consultants, and business analysts.
• Oversee financial review, analysis, and reporting, including the maintenance of the Billings Projections Report (BPR) and Project Dashboard.
• Develop and maintain project management and business analysis methodologies, best practices, and service offerings.
• Manage the Service Excellence Program to drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and quality assurance.
• Participate in business development and maintain relationships with decision-makers at AmLaw 200 firms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing projects within a professional services organization.
• 3+ years of experience running a professional services practice focusing on program/project management solutions.
• Must be located in or near any major city in the US.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
