What you will do

• Act as the senior construction representative for the Memphis data center, managing relationships with contractors and partners.
• Oversee project execution from pre-construction and site development through commissioning and controls.
• Coordinate multiple vendors to ensure seamless communication between field and technical teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure high-quality delivery, safety, and operational readiness.
• Manage change orders and perform quantity take-offs to control costs and monitor progress.
• Lead site safety initiatives and foster a consistent and effective safety culture.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing large-scale data center or mission-critical construction projects.
• Deep expertise in construction management, commissioning, and site operations.
• Proven ability to lead on-site and build trust with vendors and technical teams.
• Must be based in or available to work onsite in Memphis, Tennessee.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends based on site needs.
• Comfortable with exposure to noise and ability to lift 25+ pounds.
