Senior Project Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Irving, Texas; three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in the Dallas office are required.

US base salary: $104,700–$291,200 per year, plus potential bonus, stock, and other incentives.

What you will do

• Lead multiple complex business technology projects from intake and planning through implementation, adoption, and closeout.
• Partner with business leaders, product owners, engineering teams, architects, vendors, and other stakeholders to align scope, dependencies, success measures, and delivery commitments.
• Maintain project charters, integrated plans, budgets, resource forecasts, decision logs, RAID registers, and executive status reporting.
• Run steering committees and status reviews, manage changes and delivery risks, and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Lead requirements, readiness, testing, release, and change-management activities to support adoption.
• Use AI to automate routine project management work and improve PMO standards, metrics, and processes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of project or program management experience delivering enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, or business systems initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, budgets, and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as CRM, HCM/HRIS, marketing automation, AI/automation, WFM, integration tools, or ERP systems.
• Working knowledge of multiple delivery approaches, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid, SAFe, or Kanban.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, negotiation, analytical problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
• Experience with AI projects or AI tools is preferred; PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, or a comparable certification is a plus.
