Salary: $94,910.76–$165,031.40

What you will do

• Direct AI/ML adoption projects for complex systems analysis.
• Define development objectives and review change requests and architecture changes.
• Recommend project priorities and technically and cost-effective courses of action.
• Guide AI/ML strategy in alignment with customer priorities.
• Assess industry approaches and advise government and contractor stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years with a master’s degree, or 0–2 years with a Ph.D.
• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering or a related engineering, scientific, operations research, engineering management, or STEM field.
• Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI with Poly clearance.
• Ability to collaborate with government and contractor personnel in a challenging work environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-driven initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience deploying cloud-based AI solutions with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience assessing, developing, and optimizing AI models for real-time and large-scale data operations.
• Experience translating AI governance policies into actionable plans.
• Experience with SETA, acquisition, the Intelligence Community, GEOINT, or SIGINT.
