Construction Project Manager (Remote)

Location: Remote role associated with Dallas, Texas, United States; travel across multiple regions and regular construction site visits are required.

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of multiple data center construction projects from initiation, planning, and design through execution, closeout, start-up, and commissioning.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, change orders, reporting, KPIs, and financial performance.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, OEMs, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead RFP, bid evaluation, buyout, contract negotiation, vendor selection, and project team activities.
• Conduct site visits and inspections, identify risks, verify quality and progress, and support compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate the transition of completed projects to facility operations teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience successfully leading data center construction projects.
• Strong engineering or equivalent technical background and knowledge of construction processes across all trades.
• Experience with MEP systems, drawings, specifications, system schematics, sequence of operations, and methods of procedure.
• Proficiency with construction management, scheduling, cost estimation, and project management tools, including Microsoft Project or Primavera P6; experience with DCMA 14 or similar scheduling assessments.
• Knowledge of NETA guidelines, Building Management Systems, environmental controls, Electrical Power Management Systems, access controls, CCTV, and LV/network systems.
• Ability to travel across multiple regions, conduct site visits, climb stairs and ladders, use construction personnel hoists, and work in areas under construction.

Nice to have

• Experience with both greenfield data center builds and major phased expansion projects.
• Experience with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite.
