Construction Senior Project Controls (Data Center)

Location: Dallas, TX, United States; hybrid work with remote, client-site, and Accenture office or center work, plus travel to data center sites as needed

What you will do

• Track budgets, forecasts, invoices, accruals, cash flow, and project variances.
• Identify project risks and prepare concise financial and risk updates for project teams and leadership.
• Review contractor agreements, identify budget gaps, and support change and claims management.
• Link cost and schedule data for integrated project reporting and coordinate issue resolution with scheduling and delivery teams.
• Standardize and improve cost, schedule, risk, and project controls processes.
• Deliver accurate project controls outputs under senior guidance and travel to data center sites as needed.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in construction project controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of cost tracking, change orders, and risk fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Earned Value or resource-based data.
• Experience with data center, manufacturing, or complex commissioning projects.
• Hybrid work in Dallas, TX, with recurring in-person collaboration and possible travel to data center sites.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting or negotiating project changes or claims.
• Experience in project controls or cost management teams and multi-stakeholder programs.
• Experience implementing or improving project controls processes and analyzing metrics for efficiency improvements.
• Familiarity with Oracle Unifier or similar project management systems.
