Senior Technology Project/Program Manager (Supply Chain): Drive end-to-end supply chain execution and cross-functional coordination to support hirify.global Foundry customer commitments with an accent on translating demand and supply signals into operational actions and resolving constraints. Focus on facilitating alignment across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and finance while developing scalable workflows and governance.

Location: US (Arizona - Phoenix; California - Santa Clara; Oregon - Hillsboro). Hybrid work model splitting time between on-site at assigned hirify.global site and off-site. This position is not eligible for hirify.global immigration sponsorship.

Salary: $167,740–$236,810

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end supply chain execution for customer and business commitments.
• Translate demand forecasts and supply changes into coordinated actions across teams.
• Manage purchase requisitions, orders in SAP/Ariba, track shipments, and ensure delivery discipline.
• Identify, resolve risks, constraints, and escalate priorities to maintain supply continuity.
• Integrate cross-functionally with planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, finance, and systems teams.
• Contribute to process improvements, scalable workflows, and execution governance.

Requirements

• Master’s or MBA in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related + 8+ years experience.
• 8+ years in supply chain, procurement, order management, manufacturing coordination, or related.
• Experience managing demand, POs, supply coordination, escalations in complex environments.
• Cross-functional work with planning, sourcing, operations, logistics, finance, or account teams.
• ERP systems like SAP and procurement tools like Ariba.
• Comfort in ambiguous, matrixed, fast-moving settings with strong ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience with strategic customer accounts or fulfillment operations.
• Related work in semiconductor foundry.
