What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product programs from initial customer quote and feasibility analysis through end-of-life planning.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to ensure alignment of commitments.
• Manage external manufacturing partners, including foundries, assembly, test, and logistics, to ensure sustained supply.
• Drive execution of key planning milestones to meet first samples and production launch dates.
• Monitor program KPIs such as schedule adherence, on-time delivery, and cost targets.
• Execute end-of-life (EOL) strategies, including final demand alignment and last-time buys.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–15 years of relevant experience in program management, supply chain, or product lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with Oracle ERP, Kinaxis, Power BI, and Agile tools.
• Experience managing global teams and suppliers, ideally within a semiconductor or high-tech environment.
• Eligibility to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
