What you will do

  • Drive key initiatives to support capacity goals and KPIs reported to executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with engineering organizations to build new technologies that automate EC2 capacity planning.
  • Manage programs across cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Make data-driven strategic decisions to improve capital efficiency and customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain sustainable business processes and coordinate release schedules.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
  • Must be based in Seattle, WA, USA.

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of project management experience covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
  • Experience defining KPIs and SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses.
