What you will do

• Partner with engineering leaders to translate priorities into clear program plans and deliverables.
• Lead cross-team initiatives for platform scalability, including Incident Management frameworks and API maturity practices.
• Define and track success metrics, iterating programs based on data and feedback.
• Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs to stakeholders across all levels.
• Audit existing processes to reduce friction and increase execution consistency.
• Collaborate with Product, GTM, and Support teams to execute rollouts and drive adoption.

Requirements

• Experience leading cross-functional programs within an engineering organization.
• Proven track record of using AI to improve personal and team productivity.
• Strong program management fundamentals in planning, risk management, and delivery.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and operating practices.
• Technical fluency in system architecture and APIs to drive decisions and unblock teams.
• Experience using BI tools like Sigma to drive visibility and data-driven decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with programming languages such as SQL and Python.
• Experience with FinOps.
