What you will do

• Own paid social strategy on high-spend complex accounts, driving performance on Meta and expanding channels
• Manage platform relationships with Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snap; translate trends into client strategies
• Lead testing roadmaps for creative, audience, channel expansion; pilot new platforms and tools
• Present performance and recommendations to clients; build trust with senior stakeholders
• Support new business pitches with audits and strategic narratives
• Collaborate with analytics, creative, and media teams for integrated strategies

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid in Seattle or Brooklyn (NYC), ~2 days/week in-office; hires in specific US states only
• 5–8+ years paid social experience with deep Meta expertise (required)
• Hands-on experience with TikTok, Reddit, Snap or similar
• Proven strategy leadership on complex/high-spend accounts
• Strong analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets); client presentation experience
• Comfort in ambiguity, strategic thinking with execution, collaborative style
