What you will do

  • Own and scale paid social programs across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, and Pinterest to meet CAC and gross add goals.
  • Execute day-to-day campaign setup, audience targeting, bid strategy, and algorithm management with precision.
  • Develop and manage structured testing roadmaps for creative formats, messaging angles, and landing pages.
  • Monitor budgets and pacing daily to identify and mitigate performance risks early.
  • Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to optimize the acquisition funnel and improve trial-to-paid conversion.
  • Deliver data-driven performance reporting and communicate actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns for D2C, SaaS, or subscription brands.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, targeting, and performance diagnostics.
  • Strong understanding of efficiency metrics such as CAC and ROAS.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present findings clearly.
  • Experience with A/B testing and structured experimentation.
  • English: Professional fluency required

Nice to have

  • Experience in an SMB-focused or subscription software environment.
  • Knowledge of dynamic product ads, retargeting programs, or catalog-based campaigns.
  • Familiarity with multi-touch attribution tools or incrementality testing.
  • Experience with TikTok Ads or Pinterest Ads platforms.
