Location: New York City, NY. Strongly encouraged to be in the office 1-2 days per week.

Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Own the execution and optimization of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms with a focus on mobile app installs.
• Manage campaign structure, bid strategies, and audience targeting within privacy-constrained environments.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop data-informed briefs and scale top-performing assets.
• Analyze performance using multiple attribution lenses, including SKAN, last click, and incrementality.
• Build and manage structured testing roadmaps to validate new audiences and creative formats.
• Partner with Data, Product, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot tracking and unlock growth levers.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing at a high-growth consumer company or agency.
• Hands-on expertise managing Meta and TikTok ad platforms.
• Strong background in mobile app performance marketing, including MMPs and iOS privacy frameworks (SKAN, ATT).
• Fluency in growth metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or SQL.
• Must be located in or able to work from the New York City area.

• Experience with Looker or similar analytics tools.
