Customer Success Executive

TL;DR

Customer Success Executive (Healthcare AI): Serve as embedded partner within client health systems, owning post-sale execution of AI solutions with an accent on workflow implementation, adoption, and measurable outcomes. Focus on building relationships across clinical, operational, and IT teams, leading onsite rollouts, and driving sustained success in nursing operations.

Location: Onsite in Philadelphia, PA (five days per week at client site), occasional travel to Palo Alto, CA headquarters.

What you will do

• Serve as dedicated lead for key clients, driving outcomes through regular onsite collaboration and relationship building.
• Own post-sale delivery including workflow discovery, solution configuration, rollout, and adoption in nursing and clinical operations.
• Lead product implementations aligned with healthcare workflows and train staff on AI solutions.
• Identify workflow improvements and patient care opportunities using AI, particularly in bedside care.
• Track metrics for success like adoption rates and efficiencies, presenting to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay feedback and share best practices at conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university.
• 5+ years health systems experience in customer success, account management, or project management.
• Experience leading complex onsite implementations in clinical/operational healthcare environments.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills from staff to executives.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to meet client credentialing including drug screening and vaccinations.
• Strong project management in fast-paced startup with cross-functional teams.

• Experience deploying AI, digital health, or SaaS in healthcare.
