Customer Success Executive (Healthcare AI): Serve as an embedded partner within client health systems, owning post-sale execution including workflow discovery, solution configuration, rollout, and scaling of AI solutions with an accent on clinical operations and nursing workflows. Focus on building relationships across clinical, operational, and IT teams, training staff, tracking adoption metrics, and collaborating internally to drive measurable patient care outcomes and operational efficiencies.
Location: Onsite in Cleveland, OH – five days per week at client site with occasional travel to Palo Alto, CA headquarters. Must satisfy client credentialing including drug screening and vaccinations.

What you will do
- Serve as dedicated customer success lead for key clients, driving outcomes through regular onsite collaboration and relationship-building.
- Own post-sale delivery: workflow discovery, solution configuration, rollout, and adoption in nursing and clinical operations.
- Lead product implementations aligned with nursing workflows and operational processes.
- Train healthcare staff on AI solutions to ensure sustained adoption and success.
- Identify workflow improvements and patient care opportunities using AI, especially in bedside care.
- Track metrics on outcomes, adoption, and efficiencies; present to stakeholders and share best practices at conferences.
- Collaborate with internal product, sales, and engineering teams to relay feedback and influence roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university.
- 5+ years health systems experience in customer success, account management, or project management.
- Experience leading complex onsite implementations in clinical/operational healthcare environments.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills from front-line staff to executives.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong project management skills for multiple onsite workstreams.
- Comfort operating autonomously in client-embedded role.
- Ability to meet client credentialing: drug screening, vaccinations/immunizations.
Nice to have
- Experience deploying/scaling AI, digital health, or SaaS in healthcare.
- Advanced knowledge of healthcare workflows and compliance.
- Background in healthcare consulting or system-wide implementations.
- Experience presenting outcomes at conferences/executive forums.
