What you will do

• Define multi-year architectural direction and engineering roadmaps using best-in-class stacks like TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Go, React, and cloud platforms.
• Guide hands-on full-stack development across frontend (React, Next.js), backend (Node.js, FastAPI, .NET), cloud/infra (Azure, Kubernetes), and AI/data tools (Databricks, MLflow).
• Drive innovation by integrating AI/ML, automation, prompt engineering, and intelligent workflows into core products.
• Champion CI/CD excellence, automated testing, observability (Prometheus, Grafana), and secure-by-design practices.
• Lead architectural reviews, oversee delivery across squads, and ensure scalability, fault tolerance, and compliance.
• Partner with stakeholders to align technical decisions with business outcomes and represent engineering in executive forums.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years software engineering experience and 3+ years leading technical teams or managers.
• Deep expertise in modern full-stack development, cloud-native systems, distributed architectures, and high-scale platforms.
• Hands-on with Python, Go, TypeScript/JS, C#, React, Next.js, Node.js, Kubernetes, DevOps, CI/CD, IaC, and observability.
• Strategic leadership balancing innovation, execution, mentoring, and cross-functional influence.

Nice to have

• AI/ML product integration, LLM orchestration, distributed event streaming (Kafka), CQRS patterns.
• Experience building platforms for global organizations.
