What you will do
- Administer and evolve Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), including configurations, integrations, and data sync.
- Own marketing data architecture, campaign taxonomy, lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle automation.
- Build and mature reporting, attribution capabilities, and GTM intelligence.
- Oversee website operations, reporting, and manage external web agency.
- Establish consent, privacy operations, and global preference/subscription center.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of marketing operations experience in B2B SaaS, 2+ years in leadership preferred
- Hands-on experience administering marketing automation tools and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Built lead scoring, lifecycle automation at scale, and trusted attribution models.
- Implemented AI tools for GTM workflows.
- Developed documentation and stakeholder enablement practices.
- Ability to travel ~10%

- Pardot experience.
- Consent/privacy programs across US/EU and preference centers.
- Energy/environmental commodities industry experience.
- WordPress experience.
