What you will do

• Administer and evolve Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), including configurations, integrations, and data sync.
• Own marketing data architecture, campaign taxonomy, lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle automation.
• Build and mature reporting, attribution capabilities, and GTM intelligence.
• Oversee website operations, reporting, and manage external web agency.
• Establish consent, privacy operations, and global preference/subscription center.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of marketing operations experience in B2B SaaS, 2+ years in leadership preferred
• Hands-on experience administering marketing automation tools and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Built lead scoring, lifecycle automation at scale, and trusted attribution models.
• Implemented AI tools for GTM workflows.
• Developed documentation and stakeholder enablement practices.
• Ability to travel ~10%

• Pardot experience.

• WordPress experience.
