What you will do

• Coordinate preparation and filing of annual financial returns, tax returns, VAT returns, R&D tax credit applications, and disclosures.
• Draft, negotiate, and amend SaaS subscription and data licensing agreements.
• Identify and leverage governmental incentives to improve financial performance.
• Project manage incorporation of international affiliates and subsidiaries.
• Draft intercompany agreements and board resolutions for entities like Ireland and Delaware.
• Collaborate across functions on legal matters including fundraising activities.

Requirements

• 5-7 years experience in similar role
• Deep familiarity with SaaS agreements, SLAs, user rights, and compliance.
• Skilled in intercompany agreements, data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA), risk assessments.
• Experienced in board resolutions and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree and legal education (LLB, GLD, JD).
• Familiarity with global privacy laws and OECD Guidelines.
