What you will do
- Identify, qualify, and develop strategic Managed Services opportunities in assigned territory.
- Lead pursuits through qualification, solution development, pricing, and closure.
- Develop outcome-based service programs with presales architects and operational leadership.
- Maintain strong client relationships for satisfaction, renewal, and expansion.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, delivery leadership, and internal teams on strategy and onboarding.
- Represent capabilities to client executives and support GTM initiatives.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of successful IT services or Managed Services sales experience.
- Proven track record winning large outsourcing or complex IT service engagements.
- Strong familiarity with ITIL frameworks and operational delivery models.
- Demonstrated ability to engage senior executives, CIOs, and board-level stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Business or IT focus recommended.
- Relevant certifications (ITIL, vendor specialties) desired; frequent travel required.
