What you will do
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas in a hunter-style role.
- Identify prospective clients within the ideal customer profile and conduct multi-channel outreach to schedule discovery meetings.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial qualifying calls to closing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership and delivery teams to establish trust with business owners and key executives.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and daily activity tracking using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with marketing to provide feedback on leads and help build content that addresses common sales cycle questions.
Requirements
- Must have experience selling U.S. based software development consulting services.
- 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
- 3+ years of experience specifically in software development consulting, ideally with mobile applications and complex products.
- Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales goals.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including mandatory attendance at two annual company-wide events.
- Strong understanding of the roles of Software Developers, UX/UI Design, and Product Management.
