Hybrid: 3 days a week in Toronto office (351 King St E, Toronto, ON)
Salary: $108,000 - $112,000 CAD per year

What you will do
- Architect processes for product leadership to set priorities, resolve tradeoffs, and decide what gets built, including QBRs, roadmap planning, and leadership summits.
- Own narrative for the product organization by synthesizing inputs from global regional leaders into compelling board-ready communications.
- Serve as interface between global leadership and regional product leaders, finding common ground, surfacing risks, and maintaining alignment.
- Execute strategically on product bottlenecks, dependency models, and cross-functional friction to create clarity and velocity.
- Turn global product development complexity into a single source of truth for stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–5 years high-stakes experience from top-tier management consultancy (MBB/Big 4) or Strategic/Product Ops in high-growth B2B SaaS.
- Elite synthesis skills to distill conflicting senior perspectives into clear actionable paths.
- Exceptional written communication with data-driven narratives for executive buy-in.
- Operational rigor with product mindset to build frictionless systems.
- Senior-level emotional intelligence and sound judgment under ambiguity.
