TL;DR
Product Manager (Health Tech): Own the full product function – strategy, roadmap, and execution transforming a service-led model into a scalable SaaS-enabled AI-driven platform with an accent on AI-powered Billing Bot for automating billing workflows and other efficiency initiatives. Focus on leading product development, scaling revenue-generating products, and building the product team.
Location: Hybrid model for candidates based in the GTA (two days per week in the Toronto office) or fully remote within Canada.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end product strategy and execution, driving transition to SaaS platform and productizing operational solutions.
- Balance hands-on execution with forward-looking roadmap, defining requirements and guiding delivery.
- Build and mentor product team, fostering ownership and alignment with cross-functional partners.
- Establish metrics, SLAs, and workflows for scalable execution and visibility.
- Collaborate with leadership to influence pricing, packaging, and growth strategy.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada (GTA hybrid or fully remote).
- Product leadership experience in SaaS launches, service-to-SaaS transformations, and measurable adoption.
- Strong grasp of product strategy, lifecycle, and commercial impact in ambiguous environments.
- Team leadership with coaching and performance driving skills.
- Technical fluency with product tools, analytics, and AI/automation for efficiency.
- Excellent communication to align stakeholders across functions.
