TL;DR

Product Manager (Fintech): Own product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for wealth management SaaS platform with an accent on advisor workflows, regulatory constraints, and operational efficiencies. Focus on defining value hypotheses, prioritizing features, building AI pipelines for specs and prototyping, and driving measurable outcomes in efficiency and client impact.

Location: Hybrid (Madrid, Spain or Toronto, Canada); work may be in-office, remote, or hybrid during regular business hours; Work From (Almost) Anywhere for up to 3 months

Salary: €35,000 - €50,000 a year

What you will do

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a wealth management domain.
  • Define problem statements, success metrics, and prioritize based on client value, regulations, and capacity.
  • Engage stakeholders, validate solutions, and incorporate market insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Client Success as domain expert.
  • Build AI pipelines for feedback analysis, spec writing, prototyping, and workflow improvements.
  • Track metrics, refine priorities, and ensure quality delivery.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years Product Management in wealth management or financial services.
  • Hands-on with wealth platforms, advisor tools, regulated environments.
  • Proven strategy, roadmaps, outcomes; modern discovery practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
  • New technical skills via AI (e.g., SQL, data analysis, dashboards).
