What you will do

• Define the strategy and roadmap for the platform, ensuring alignment with customer value and future trends.
• Build a deep understanding of identity security workflows, tools, and the evolution of the space under AI.
• Validate problem framing and test solution concepts through continuous discovery with peers and customers.
• Collaborate with engineering to prioritize backlogs and ensure the continuous delivery of product increments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise software within geo-distributed organizations.
• Experience in Identity security (IAM, PAM, AD, Entra ID, Okta) or Security Operations (SOC, IR, SIEM, SOAR).
• Proven track record of managing generative AI / LLM-based assistants or automated decision-support systems.
• Ability to translate technical concepts (APIs, data models, orchestration) into clear customer value.
• Strong proficiency in problem discovery, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
• Must be based in Toronto to follow the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Background in threat detection, incident response, or security automation.
• Experience working in high-growth SaaS or platform environments.
