Salary: CA$127,200 - CA$158,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches and feature releases.
- Conduct customer research for core ICPs to inform positioning, messaging, and roadmap recommendations.
- Partner with product managers to influence roadmap prioritization based on market and customer insights.
- Design and execute experiments to drive adoption and expansion among existing customers.
- Develop enablement programs and content to communicate a consistent product story.
- Define success metrics and establish reporting frameworks for GTM initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product marketing experience in B2B software.
- Must be based in and legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Proven track record of leading successful GTM initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Strong skills in positioning and messaging for complex products.
- Experience in customer research and translating insights into actionable strategy.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.

- Experience in fintech or working with financially-oriented SMB customers.
