Salary: $232,000 — $319,000 USD

What you will do

• Drive the end-to-end technical vision and ensure a sustainable long-term architecture.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality macOS client and backend services, removing roadblocks.
• Coach and grow engineers while owning the hiring and performance strategy.
• Influence cross-functional partners, manage conflict, and lead with a growth mindset.
• Ensure cross-team alignment across the full technology stack.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or protected individual.
• 5+ years of people management experience with a track record of leading engineering teams.
• Strong technical background in either distributed systems (backend) or macOS/iOS (client) development.
• Demonstrated experience in roadmap planning and delivering complex, cross-functional projects.
• Ability to coach senior engineers and managers through performance management and promotions.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced agile and CI/CD environments.

Nice to have

• Deep experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) space.
• Experience in Device Identity or Device Management.
• Hands-on experience with macOS internals.
