What you will do

• Serve as the analytical liaison to Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to drive growth.
• Monitor competitive pricing and identify opportunities to deliver additional value to consumers.
• Build analytical and strategic frameworks to size business opportunities and define success metrics.
• Develop operational and executive dashboards, reports, and tools to track program performance.
• Partner with the data team to develop backend data sources and optimize queries.
• Act as a trusted advisor for internal and external stakeholders regarding business challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an analytical role collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• High proficiency in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong dashboarding and data visualization skills (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
• Proven ability to organize and interpret data to surface actionable insights.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners using data-driven insights.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, specifically at a Pharmacy Benefit Manager or Major Retail Pharmacy.
• Prior experience working with ecommerce and pricing analytics.
