What you will do

• Design and develop core engine components, focusing on aluminum castings for engine blocks and cylinder heads
• Create and manage 3D geometry and design concepts using Creo
• Ensure designs comply with casting rules, manufacturability, and quality standards
• Apply GD&T principles for functional tolerances and dimensional robustness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize designs
• Support technical reviews, design validation, and continuous improvement of standards

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of casting design for engine components
• Proficiency in Creo for 3D modeling and concept development
• Solid understanding and application of GD&T
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams
• Good technical communication skills and quality-oriented mindset

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive engine design or similar industrial environment
• Experience with engine block and/or cylinder head design
