Location: Hybrid – Orrville, OH. Must be able to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance and have access to U.S. export-controlled information.
Salary: $75,000–$110,000 Annually

What you will do
- Lead the design process for new product development of military and commercial actuation equipment.
- Create engineering calculations, design reports, CAD models, and technical drawings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, program management, and quality assurance.
- Interface with customers and suppliers to resolve technical issues and support project reviews.
- Support on-site and off-site qualification testing to ensure hardware meets stringent requirements.
- Exercise logical engineering judgment to ensure designs satisfy all stakeholder interests before production.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- Must have access to U.S. export-controlled information.
- Practical knowledge of mechanical system analysis, hydraulic design, and GD&T standards.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling.
